NAR Sold Data Policy Update We won the fight for your data rights! At the NAR convention it will be proposed that MLS’s be required to provide sold data in an IDX feed. At first, the proposal didn’t have any provisions for Non-Disclosure states. But, CEO Rebecca Jensen, along with the support of the leadership and members of our local boards fought for our broker’s proprietary rights to sold data. Thanks to their effort, a provision was written in that excludes Non- Disclosure states from this requirement (they name Utah specifically). We work hard to protect your data and are happy to report that we were successful!.

Property Pond Now on the MLS Did you know that as an MLS Member, you already have a pro account set up on Property Pond? We’ve now made it even easier for you to list your rentals by including a link to your Rental account on the MLS. Simply click on the Logo, or on ‘Rental Ads’ under Listings to get started! Note: If it is your first time logging into Property Pond, you will need to hit update at the bottom of your profile before creating an ad. We also offer Property Pond classes. Syndication Website: The Publisher Scorecard The most powerful part of our new syndication website is our publisher scorecard, which allows you to go in and rate each major publisher. Browse how many Utah listings they have and get quick bits of information (like s, calls, etc.) Click on the Syndication Banner inside of the MLS and select ‘Publisher Scorecard’ to get started.
