My Health Performance Personal Record of Health Monitoring and Interventions By Andrew Wong, refer personal health website :

Personal Profile Age : 50 +, Weight : average, not over-weight Executive type of work, desk-bound. Little exercise in the past since childhood. Did NOT pay much attention to diet. Frequent constipation problem, bowel movement problem for the past 50+ yrs. Did not sweat easily for the past 50+ years, even with jogging or exercise. Not major health symptoms, except with increasing high cholesterol and some fatty liver.

Health Interventions Since 2003/2004 taking more serious steps to improve health, particularly due to great discomfort arising from bowel problem. Several interventions were taken, supplements, herbal medicine etc. The followings interventions are not only seriously executed, but also consistently practiced till now. Correlation is being made between various interventions taken and the health indicators.

Intervention – [A] Since 22 nd Nov. 2004, take steamed sweat potato (with skin) every morning. Take 3-4 litres of water, I.e classes of water everyday, with 4-6 glasses of water every morning upon waking up from bed. Cut down drastically consumption of meat. Take fish, steamed not fried. At home take brown-rice, not white rice. Take more fibrous food. Since then still occasional bowel movement problem! Since Mac learned meditation & Energy Healing, practice 1-2 hr. meditation daily, 40 min Qigong exercises. Bowel movement problem is almost completely resolved. No more taking sweet potato.

Intervention – [B] July 2005, invested in a food processor (2 horse-power) that crushed fruit / vegetable into microscopic particles (inclusive seeds, skin, pulp … the most nutritious parts for easy absorption by the body) and take 1-2 glasses of the crushed, blended juice every day. –Apple, grapes with seeds, carrot, celery, lime, pineapple, banana, orange with peel, ground flaxseeds, green leaves (vegetables), and beet root. Add one tea spoon of grape seed oil (supposed to improve HDL the good cholesterol) Since Mac learned meditation & Energy Healing, practice 1-2 hr. meditation daily, 40 min Qigong exercises. Today do not need to depend on the above fruit juice.

Intervention – [C] Since Nov. 2005, exercise, mainly on the squatting (300 times) exercise + some simple Tai Chi for min every day. I can sweat more easily with the above everyday. From Sept added another Qigong exercise i.e. standing with bent feet for 30 min every day with deep breathing. Sweat more profusely. (Refer

Intervention – [D] Since Jan. 2006, every morning (3-4 times a week) I take organic oat, oat bran, black/white sesame seeds, almond, ground flexseed and raisin, together with sweat potato as my breakfast. Again, with Energy healing, meditation and “312” and some simple Qigong exercise, I do not depend too much on food intake like above.

Intervention – [E] Since Dec. 2006, taking herb to combat Hepatitis B, with blood sample taken as base-line measurement of indicators, e.g. AST, ALT, HBV virus counts, etc. In Nov 2006, the HBV DNA REAL TIME PCR was 4,039,080. By April 2007, HBV DNA REAL TIME PCR is down to 555,228, with all liver function tests back to normal.

Intervention – [F] Since March 2007, learned and practice Energy Healing to self and others, using the power of the mind and meditation.

Observations The health interventions correlate well with the improvement in LIPID profile, I.e. reduce cholesterol Herbs taken effective to combat Hepatitis B. Will still continue with the same interventions and check the indicators again later. If you have other views, please me at or call (6) End.
