Krakow is the former capital of Poland. It is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.
Kraków is the unofficial cultural capital of Poland,it was named the official European Capital of Culture for the year 2000 by the European Union. It is a major attraction for both local and international tourists, attracting seven million visitors a year. Major sights are the Main Market Square, the Wawel Castle, the National Art Museum,the Wawel Cathedral.Kraków has 28 museums and public art galleries.
After my visit of this city, I often remember of it and I think that I want to come back there. As for me, it is the city of dreams.
I love this city. It has stuck in my memory. The most memorable attractions are the Wawel Castle, the Market Square and the Town Hall.
Wawel Wawel is the Krakow’s Royal Castle, it is situated on the hill. The whole complex has some structures. It is the main tourist place in Krakow which is visited by thousands of tourists. Visiting this place once, you will want to go back.
Wawel Cathedral is home to royal coronations and resting place of many national heroes.
The Wawel Cathedral has been the main burial site for Polish monarchs since the 14th century.
