Mr. Teddy Builds a Catapult Teddy has lots of items to use to build his catapult

First teddy drinks the milk and washers out the empty container. Teddy says it is easier to cut open when the container is empty.

Teddy cuts the container to the shape that he wants his catapult to look like Teddy leaves a flap at the top of the container. Teddy says to be careful when you are cutting the empty container

Teddy measures where to place the hole. Very carefully with the pointy end of the scissors Teddy cuts a hole in both sides of the carton.

Teddy cuts another hole at the back of the carton in the middle.

A Teddy pushes a pencil through the holes on the side of the carton Teddy threads a rubber band through the hole at the back and slides a match stick through the loop of the rubber band to stop it from pulling through. Teddy folds the top flap down and tapes it in place.

Teddy tapes the inside of the match box to the pencil. Teddy places the pencil on top of the other pencil and loops the end of the rubber band over the pencil.

Pull the pencil down and place a marshmallow in the match box, Teddy used a rubber. Then let it go and see the marshmallow, rubber fly across the room. Always aim it away from people and warn the class that you are going to firer your catapult so everyone can keep clear.
