Flour should NEVER be packed, but should be SPOONED into the measuring Cup

Brown Sugar and Shortening Should be packed into the measuring Cup

Measuring Oil, Milk, and Water Liquid measuring cup

Measuring Butter or Margarine Cut along lines on side of package

Crack Eggs into A Bowl You won’t get shells in Mixing Bowl If Egg is bad, you can throw it away without wasting ingredients.

Standard Measuring Cup 1 Cup: ½ Cup: 1/3 Cup: ¼ Cup

Measuring Spoons When Measuring 1/8 Cup or less 1 Tablespoon, 1 teaspoon, ½ teaspoon, ¼ teaspoon
