Stationery equipment By Phoebe B-D, Emily H, Jesse- James H, Jack S, Charlie M, Jacob H

Introduction O We think having a stationary equipment shop will benefit the whole school.

Parents O The parents are quite important in this case, parents are the main game. They buy all the children's pens, pencils and pencil cases etc. … If we start a stationary equipment shop in the school, parents wont have to buy anything related to this for a while! In other words parents will benefit our idea about building a stationary equipment shop in the school the most. Also parents will be able to buy other thing with money they would of spent on pens and pencils etc… for the children. They might put the money towards mortgage or something else.

Teachers O The teachers will agree to the new stationary equipment because they won't have to keep getting more from the office and the teachers will be able to see that they will be getting things from a shop and dealing money. It will be a very good education because it will get them ready for the real life!

Children This shop will benefit the children because you can buy any stationary equipment if you want. For cheap prices and special offers. So if you lose you can just get another one. You don’t have to walk very far and you can save money.

Governors The governors may not be seen much in the school but without them the school would not run smoothly. They decide how to spend all the cash the school earns and if the school has a stationary shop they will save some money which could be spent on new equipment such as paints, PE equipment. The school would gain money from the shop so the school would spend money then gain money once more.

Weakness O It will cost more money and we will get over this by making shore that we only use the money we get (£5000) O The equipment might break in the journey and when we are unpacking it. We will get over this by being very careful when we unpack it and we will tell the people who are delivering it to be very careful. We will have to keep getting more we will get over this by get loads more than we have space for and that will solve the problem. O If it keeps breaking we will have to keep ordering more from the company. O If we try to keep getting more the shop might run out of stock.

Strengths O The strengths of our idea is parents wont go to petersfiled or anywhere else to buy their children pens, pencils pencils cases etc… O It will raze the school more money which will help the school with payments. O Another strength is children will love to decorate their own pencils cases and they will enjoy that. O It will be good for the children's education because they will have to count all the money other children give them.

costs

Prices

Conclusion O We hope after the statement you will be convinced that the stationary equipment shop is the best idea because you don’t have to go to the shop and buy pens, pencils, pencil cases it is much nicer for children to buy they're own equipment from the school. On sunny days it will be out side on rainy days it will be in side. WE HOPE WE SEE YOU THERE!
