Vibringe ® (Sonic Cleaning Device for Endodontics) Vibringe ® Plunger & Recharging Stand Syringe and Needle Attached ( Manufacturers : Vibringe B.V. )
Purpose To evaluate the effectiveness of Vibringe® to remove the smear layer formed on the root canal wall surface during root canal preparation.
Materials: 25 extracted human mandibular premolar teeth Materials and Methods 5.25% NaOCl solution 3% EDTA Solution (SmearClean) Vibringe ® Use Group Vibringe ® Non-use Group SH Group SC Group SH + Vi Group SC + Vi Group Sterile Purified Water Control Group ( n=5 )
divided into the crown and the root by cutting at the cervical region Formation of root canal (K3 Endo, 0.04 taper, #25) Combination of root canal cleaning and Vibringe ® Root canal cleaning (Using 5ml of each solution, 60 second irrigation and evacuation) Washed with sterile distilled water Method
