 Accurate readings  Easier to calculate  Able to come up with statistics on how different classes are doing compared to the country.  Evidence to provide to the principal of students improving on their fitness levels and how they are participating in class.

 Teachers are able to calculate and gather data easier with use of technology.  Students get a better understanding on how their body is working throughout class with their heart rate being measured.  Students can see how many steps they are taking and how they are losing calories as well as body fat.  Technology should be incorporated in a Physical Education class.
