Properties of Information Online Information: –Is easily copied –Can be saved –It can be shared

Safety First!! The most important thing to consider when communicating online is keeping yourself safe!! Be careful what you share!

Criminals don’t play by the rules! If someone wants to harm you they may lie – we can’t expect criminals to be honest. It’s good to be cautious, listen to your instincts. You don’t have to be nice to everybody!

How can we stay safe? Make sure an adult that you trust always knows what you’re doing online. Show Mom & Dad what you’re doing online – teach them how to do it. Learn more about internet safety –

How can we stay safe? Just like you would not talk to strangers in person, don’t talk to strangers online. Mom, Dad, and adults you trust care about you, don’t forget it!! If it seems risky, ask an adult or don’t do it!!
