Definition of charterer A party who charter the vessel for period of time Person who are interested towards the vessel They usually will come to see charter party It is based on charter party or charter hire Example : reserve bas, boat and mode of transportation

Definition of shipbroker Specialist intermediaries and negotiator between ship owner and charterer who use ships to transport cargo or between buyers and sellers of ship INTERMEDIARIES PERSON IN ORDER TO GET OR PURCHASE VESSEL
