My institution Employed by Brighton and Hove Council ( hove.gov.uk) Specialist role of Literacy Consultant My job involves: 1.delivering individual training to schools, depending on their needs, to support them to raise standards and levels of engagement from their pupils. 2.delivering centralised training at Brighton and Hove’s training centre 3.managing a team of Leading Teachers

My expectations I wish to observe good practice in other settings. I seek to further my own knowledge about teaching and learning. I wish to enhance my professional development and that of my colleagues. I expect to benefit a great deal from discussions with other participants about their work.
