Contract Says: For new Participating Libraries who join the Consortium during the quarterly enrollment periods of January, April, July and October, the participation fees shall be as follows: a) One time setup fee: $1, per library b) Initial content contribution: $1, per library Annual hosting fee: $12,000.00/ year divided among those Participating Libraries as of July 1st of the current year Required yearly content contribution: $1, per library For the avoidance of doubt, the yearly $1, content contribution must be contributed each July, regardless of additional content purchases made greater than $1,000 in the previous contract year. Participating Libraries shall be permitted to make additional content purchases at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
