 This is a very hands on class where you will be working with food on an almost daily bases!  Make food, eat food, learn about healthy food!  Work with friends, make new friends  Do you like to eat? Do you ever get hungry in school? Then this is the class for you!

Culinary Arts International Cuisine  Take what you have learned in Foods and Nutrition and go one step higher!!  Not only will we learn more, cook more and eat more but we will share our food with others!  Catering is a big and fun part of this class!  Do you like to travel or learn about other cultures?  In this class we will travel the world through food!  Grab your passport and get ready to try some truly delicious food!

Let’s learn about housing inside and out!  The history of housing– why we need it and how it got started!  What makes a house a home- colors, textures, lines, fabrics  How to read floor plans and imagine what it looks like!  Design our own dream home- from top to bottom!!  And so much more!!

Intro to Fashion and Design Advanced Fashion & Design  Do you love fashion- from your hair to your shoes?  Do you love new clothing styles and wish you could make your own?  Do like to sew or wish you could learn how?  Build confidence in your own likes and styles—create your own clothing!  Take everything you learned from the first year and go crazy with it!  Make you own clothes, create a fashion line!  Design styles specific to your body type  Learn about different decades of clothing and mix and match them into a modern style all your own!  Let your creativity go wild!!!
