Think of CPS as the file cabinet The file cabinet is the CPS database The drawer is the folder The lesson is the lower folder The papers are the questions

To Import a lesson Click on folder you want to import lessons into (Hopefully you have a file structure)
Click on Import
CPS Database on Remote Drive
Click Yes again
You should get the CPS database You may need to browse to the database Or if this is the correct database, click the plus to open
Keep opening the files until you get what you want I want Metric Units Click to get green check Click OK
You get the Remote Drive warning again Click Yes
You get the Remote Drive warning one more time Click Yes
The lesson will now import into the file you selected
You can easily move questions or folders into other folders Just drag and drop
Exam View Warning If you share Exam View files, you must give the person the.tst file You will save the.tst file and then the new person will add the file (see directions I gave you) Like an video or song with a PPT.. You must give it to the person
Images If you have images in your database, you will need to make sure the people you are sharing with have those graphics.
CPS for PPT You can save as a CPS for PPT from other teachers, when you open the PPT- you must open in CPS for PPT You also must open your CPS Database Also you must detect the receiver Open your database Detect the receiver Make sure you are in CPS for PPT
