Presenters Rita Graziano, Principle, Focused Solutions Group Rita Graziano is a Senior Training & Development professional with over 25 years experience in the Silicon Valley. Her career has included several Director of Learning positions in High Tech companies, as well as many years as a successful Independent Consultant to companies in a myriad of industries, such as Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Biotechnology, US Military, Automobile and Retail Clothing Industries, along side her extensive High Tech experience. Major companies with whom Rita has worked closely include eBay, Packard Bell-NEC, Intel, The Clorox Company, Sprint, New United Motors, Cargill, Apple Computer, PG&E, Ross Stores and many others. Rita’s OD training includes NTL programs, and a certification in Facilitation from Interaction Associates. She holds an MA in Counseling from Santa Clara University and has done Doctorate work in Human and Organization Systems with The Fielding Institute. She has served as t-group facilitator for the Stanford University Graduate School of Business MBA program. She was Vice President for Programs, American Society for Training and Development Silicon Valley Chapter, and 2006 president of ASTD Silicon Valley. Theo Olson, Community Relations Program Manager, Synopsys, Inc Theo Olson manages the Synopsys Shares programs at Synopsys, Inc., including matching gift, community involvement, computer donation, and employee giving drives. He joined Synopsys in With over 25 years of volunteer management experience, he brings a depth of knowledge and practical techniques to encourage employees to make a positive impact in their local communities. He is frequently asked to speak on the topic of volunteerism, most recently on the Entrepreneurs Foundation Corporate Citizenship Seminar panel on Matching Gift programs in 2006 and the Highlights of the Employee Involvement Season in Theo served as the Chairman of the Leadership Mountain View Council from He holds a B.A. in Religion from Luther College in Decorah, IA.
