Wii Fit  Is video game developed by the creators of Nintendo.  It is an exercise that comes with various activities using the Wii balance board, on which the player stands on and it gives data about the person back to the Wii gaming system.  Game Features yoga, strength training, aerobics and balance games.  Price Wii Console $ comes with new game wii fitness, wii fit the game is $89.00 for a total of $ can be set up to any TV or projector.

Wii Game Play  Wii Balance Board is capable of measuring a persons, height, weight, and center of Balance.  Activities on the Wii Fit provide an on screen personal trainer who offers direction and evaluation of your workouts.  Great workouts for people who do not have the funds for a gym or not close to one.  Also allows for people to workout in their own house which makes students feel more comfortable about themselves and there body.

Wii Fit Yoga/ Strength Trainging  In yoga, the player holds a particular pose or series of poses for a duration of time; while in strength training the player performs a set number of repetitions of the exercise selected.  Player is scored on how well he or she kept her balance. Points are deducted if you are not doing the exercise properly.  After weeks of training you are evaluated again to see if you met your goals and if your improving along the way.

Wii Fit Balance/ Aeriobic  Aerobic focuses more on vigorous movement, games include, hula hooping, stepping aerobics and jogging.  Balance Games consist of nine activities that focus on directly controlling the game using the player's COB. "Soccer Heading," for example, focuses on leaning left or right to control the player's Mii in order to head incoming soccer balls  Total of 18 different aerobic and balancing games
