DigiFold Pro Features & Benefits FAB's DigiFold Pro Pulsed suction feeding: The Morgana DigiFold Pro feeding table has a manifold which distributes air over the complete length of the sheet to give a generous pile height. DigiCoater 50 Modern UV curable liquid coatings are green(er).Due to the advancements in today’s formulations, UV curable liquid coating formulations are considered a green alternative in the graphic protection and enhancement industry. This is certainly true when you compare UV coatings to commonly used Polyester (PET), Polypropylene (OPP) or Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) film based overlaminates, since only some of the newer biodegradable overlaminating films have similar green credentials. Some of the ways that today’s UV liquid coatings are considerably more environmentally friendly are: UV liquid coating formulations are virtually free of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and almost 100 percent solids. This means that very little of the coating evaporates when it is dried and the small part that does evaporate during curing is not harmful to the environment UV liquid coatings generate less waste. Since there is no trimming and release liner involved, UV curable coatings create less waste than film lamination. Papers and corrugated boards, like ReBoard and X-board, coated with UV curable coating are recyclable.
