3. Tasks to Accomplish (1) Seminar for PCMPCL II group: Time: 12:30pm, 04/13/2006 (TR) Contents: Teacher’s seminar this semester, student’s seminar next semester. (2) To set up a new web page for The Center for CMPCL to provide all the relevant information for CMPCL. (3) To teach HBS cases first, local cases as supplementary. (4) To invite at least 8 seeded professors to teach a class with case method from next semester on.

3. Tasks to Accomplish (5) To organize classes in CMPCL with the coordination of various faculties. (6) To train casewriting RAs and to establish local cases database. (7) To enlarge the case database and to apply the cases for teaching on a regular basis. (8) To encourage professors and graduate students to write theses and dissertations on cases and for publication purposes.

3. Tasks to Accomplish (9) To publicize all international and local conferences on CMPCL and to encourage faculty to attend. (10) To apply grants on teaching CMPCL to MOE. (11) To organize a seminar on CMPCL in New Paradigms of Management, Annual Academic Conference, Department of Business Administration.

3. Tasks to Accomplish (12) To develop a workshop on teaching methods in Business and Management, with Department of Business and Management, University of Glasgow. (13) To held regular CMPCL conferences on campus and off campus. (14) To establish a standard classroom for CMPCL on campus.
