VJOL – Vietnam Journals Online Project VJOL was initiated in June 2006 and officially launched in September 2007 with support of INASP It aims to promote the awareness & use of Vietnam- published journals in all disciplines by providing access to tables of contents, abstracts and full text on the public Internet. VJOL uses the Open Journal System created by the Public Knowledge Project (University of British Columbia in Canada). This is an open source and allows the journal content listed on VJOL to be indexed through Open Archives Initiative search engines dedicated to research. It harvests the metadata for each journal article, making this work readily available to global audience, and giving the journals greater visibility among the worldwide research community

VJOL – Vietnam Journals Online VJOL provides participating journals the opportunity to take control of the area within the VJOL: to load, edit and to update their own journal information.
