To review the form and function of the ABHB Locality structures following the establishment of the Health Board in Oct 2009 To maintain locality focus – working in partnership with Local Authorities, GPs, Third Sector and other stakeholders in developing Single Integrated Plans.

Partnership Principles Community strategy for Caerphilly still remains a key foundation for partnership activity Four Community Plan themes (Education for Life, HSCWB, Regeneration and Living Environment) remain unaffected by restructuring Effective working relationships continue to be developed through the Primary Care & Networks Division and linked through the Neighbourhood Care Networks Senior Partnership Staff to be based with Local Authority Corporate Teams to strengthen cross organisational working All planning for health related services to reflect the ABHB 5 year Plan, Divisional Operational Plans and NCN priorities. Key links for Partnership Planning (Single Plan and wider community engagement, third sector contracting etc) through Primary Care & Networks Division and Locality Heads of Partnerships & Networks.
