Achievements of YES Pakistan Vision shared with stakeholders. Series of consultative workshops held throughout the country at urban and rural locations with male and female youth. YES coalition of NGOs, CBOs and young people formed. YES Institutional Structure Evolved. YES Steering Committees established at national, provincial and community level. Marginalized female youth involved in the YES campaign. Individual and organizational membership Launched. First Skill Development Center Established at very remote area of Pakistan.

Lessons Learned Participatory planning process should be adopted. Integration is the key to success. Youth are an invaluable resource. Invest in youth- equal opportunities for male and female.

Future Plan of Action Involving youth. Enhancing youth competencies. Providing skill building opportunities. Eliminating gender disparity and child labor. Providing career guidance and Mentoring Support. Providing quality education. Creating Revolving loan facility for youth. Establishing business outlets to empower youth.
