WHAT IS MYFITNESSPAL? Myfitnesspal is a diet and fitness community built with one purpose in mind providing you with the tools and support you need to achieve your weight loss goals. When you log onto MyFitnessPal you need to record your Height/Weight/Goal Weight/Gender/DOB/How you would describe your normal daily activities/ How many times a week do you plan you exercising. When you log on to MyFitnessPal you enter what you ate and it shows you how many calories, carbs, fats, proteins, sodium and sugar consumed.

MY FINDINGS The food I had most was Shreddies. This is because I always have Shreddies for breakfast. The drink I had most was water. This is because you need to have a lot of to keep hydrated. Most of the time I was under my calorie allowance. I think I was under because I was over the men’s allowance but not over my allowance. I gained weight during this process.
