Objectives  You will successfully complete My Game Plan Survey  By the end of the activity your teachers and counselor will be able to determine your goals after high school and college interests to help you in your college and career exploration process  Your teachers and counselors will have access to your responses, this will help when and if you request letters of recommendation

What is My Game Plan?  My Game Plan is a survey so your teachers, your counselor and most importantly YOU can answer questions to help your explore what your future goals are  If you don’t know what your future goals are or if you are still exploring your options, “My Game Plan” will help you start to ask those important questions  There is no right or wrong answer, it is just “your answer” so lets get started  Log into your Naviance Account

To access “My Game Plan Survey” go to ABOUT ME and then click “Game Plan”

Before you start here are a couple of terms to help you complete the survey  2 year degree=  Associates Degree  4 year degree =  Bachelors Degree  Single sex school =  Only females or only males  Coed =  Both males and females  Geographic Diversity =  Differences in background and culture from different parts of the world  Socio-Economic Diversity =  Differences in social, economic, or educational status  Racial Diversity =  Diverse or different cultures  Conservative,moderate,liberal  Conservative, moderate, liberal =  Traditional/Cautiousnot extreme or unreasonable, open minded/tolerant of different views  Traditional/Cautious, not extreme or unreasonable, open minded/tolerant of different views  Rural =  Outside the city, country living  Suburban =  A residential area existing as part of a city or as a separate residential community  Urban =  Relating to a city of at least 50,000. Characterized by higher population  Large City =  Largest city usually governed by a mayor  Early Decision vs. Early Action =  Early decision program is binding and you have to attend that university once they accept you even if you applied to other schools, it is unlikely that another institution will accept you if you decide to not a attend once you applied Early Decision VS Early Action which is not binding and you are free to apply to other schools  Both are programs that allow you to get decisions from colleges earlier than most students

When you are finished.. When you are finished click “save changes and I am finished” green “finished” When you look at the top of the page it should indicate in green that you are “finished” with the Game Plan survey
