Preface of the constitution says  It is committed for providing social, economic and political justice, the freedom to express one’s views, the rights to dignity and equal opportunities to all citizens of India.

Facts are,  In India, every day three Dalits are killed, four dalit houses are burnt and three dalit women are raped  40 million are bonded labor (15 Million are children )  2.3 million are Manual Scavengers in India.

 All Human beings are made of the same earth and they have the right to demand good behavior. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar  Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice, It is not a thing to be waited, it is thing to be achieved Bryan W.J.

Manual Scavenging Practice “It is clear that impure work was done by the slaves and that the impure work included scavenging.” - Dr. B.R. Ambedkar  The issue is not Employment; But abolition of slavery

what is M. S. Practice ?  It is not merely removing night soil, fletching the human feces But it is a  Custom  Compulsion  Hereditary  Forced labor Based on social origin ( Caste System )
