Setting The city this story takes place in is in Middletown……This book doesn’t have very stable setting thought because they travel a lot for basketball games. The house the characters live in is a neat home actually, so is the neighborhood, and the year is around 2001.

Characters Danny Walker-he is short and a good, competitive basketball player, also has black hair. Ty Ross- is a friend of Danny, he is of medium height. Ali Walker- is the mother of Danny. Richie Walker-is the father of Danny

Plot-Problem/Conflict The plot or conflict in this book is that a short child named Danny Walker who has always been great at basketball, but has difficulties playing the game because he is “short”, is kicked off a travel team because of his height.

Plot-Resolution Richie. Danny’s father decided to build a travel team for all the children who got cut from the travel team Danny was on, he joins the new travel team that kept him as a player, a team that didn’t care about height.

Opinion My opinion of this book is that it was great, since I like sports books but it really was great because it contained some descriptive and well organized sentences, it also had some parts where I got confused but overall it was a good…I would recommend it.
