Membership & Viability Criteria: –Greater Manchester –Health & wellbeing/social care is primary objective –Voluntary sector

Question #1 - Viability In order to increase the viability of the consortium, should membership be opened up to the commercial sector? If yes, then how might it (i.e. its Board) maintain its freedom from a share capital-driven value system?

Main issues raised by membership Sensitive information –Chinese Walls Policy Reputation management –2 nd stage application & Employment Tribunal
