Embedding EDI Training Session

What is EDI?

Why is EDI important?

Can you think of a time that you or someone close to you has been discriminated against?

Aims of the Project To improve the standards of lesson planning and delivery To improve methods to embed EDI and differentiation in sessions To demonstrate and promote the importance of EDI in the workplace and learning environment To increase learner awareness of EDI through learning to promote equality and diversity, tackle stereotyping, bullying, harassment and discrimination

By the end of this session you will be able to… Identify the areas of the common inspection framework relating to EDI Identify your own good practice around promoting and embedding EDI Record how you are embedding EDI in your own subject area
