Visual Resources Visual Resources Plan for 2007: Conduct a province wide Effectiveness Evaluation to establish a benchmark regarding the success of managing visuals under the Code. A follow up EE would be completed in 2009 to determine the effectiveness of managing visuals under FRPA. 6

Two options: 1.We train district staff and they do sampling with assistance of Regional staff and/or a contractor. 2.We hire a knowledgeable visual contractor to carryout sampling. This limits district workload to pulling VIA’s and SP’s and participating on a voluntary basis.
