Interviewing  Open ended question-w,w,w,w,w and h  Interviewer should be impartial if possible  Ask about what they can bring to group  Ask scenario type questions related to their specific role’ you were chairing a meeting and a new member of the public attended and started having a go at you – how would you handle it?’  Ask what are the 3 most important things that they want to achieve from joining the tenant group  Round the room suggestions session?  Worst questions you have ever been asked?  Best question you have ever been asked?

Training  IS SO IMPORTANT  EVERYONE LIKES DIFFERENT STYLES OF TRAINING  NEED TO SCHEDULE IN OTHERWISE IT DOES NOT GET DONE  ANNUAL TRAINING PROGRAMME  COST EFFECTIVE- JOINT SESSIONS IF POSSIBLE
