Organisational Restructure Fiona Miller and Andrew Kent arrive 1 August to fill DGM posts – Adrian Osborne arrived 14 May as Head of Communications and Business Development Applications for Service Delivery Unit level strong but still some potential gaps Finance/ Human Resources must be appointed with the same rigour – EDs as “external” assessors Next phase is Corporate restructure to be fit for FT Status

Organisational Restructure The ultimate test for any leader is NOT whether he or she can make smart decisions, take decisive action and deliver outstanding business and financial results ….. that is expected of strong leaders!
