A detailed background of your company - How did your company get started? What is the name of your company? Mud Dawgz. It started out as a Dirt bike club that would make trips to Vedawoo, then one of the original club members received a large inheritance from his Uncle’s estate and choose to start up a Dirt bike company. Mud Dawgz is based out of Laramie, Wyoming.

Mud Dawgz sells Dirt Bikes including the Kamikaze 500, Banshee Limited 750Z, and the Greek model VDBL Along with selling Dirt bikes we offer maintenance and parts services. Mud Dawgz is also known for its elite Dirt Biking club, in which it endorses several professional riders. The storefront is more for the maintenance, parts, and Bike purchasing. Marketing for this is done through local media, such as newspaper, magazines, and TV commercials. Promotions are done at local events such as football games, parades, and holiday events. The online is used for advertising promotion, as well as scheduling appointments for maintenance and ordering parts. This is accomplished by ads on popular motocross sites, updates and discounts, and a video series on YouTube.

Customer demographics Our customers include young adults who are experienced riders from the states of Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska. These people are thrill seekers and “adrenaline junkies”. Our online customer include all of North America, with the same interests. Our storefront customer base includes up to 20,000 customers, while our online store provides to thousands of customers.

Your marketing mix? What strategies do you plan to use to market your company? Explain your marketing strategies for both the online and storefront operation. You should give three strategies for each. Mud Dawgs uses symbolism by endorsing professional riders to represent the company. Microsoft Dynamics ERP System Mud Dawgz will use an ERP system over a CRM system because of our customization and multiple sales online and in store. Inventory of not only hard products, but service products need to be accounted for. An ERP system can handle these jobs along with payroll and accounting. Ultimately ERP is a better decision because a CRM can be easily integrated into the system.

What Microsoft Dynamics Does The system has the ability to connect the supply chain. Allows access to financial data and reports for business planning and regulatory agreement. Program routine functions so employees can focus on more important tasks. Minimize the cost of managing salaries, recruiting, benefits, and performance administration. Provides better perceptibility into performance factors, such as profitability and possible issues. Meets industry needs with functionality for business processes.

Using Microsoft Dynamics Mud Dawgz will use Microsoft Dynamics to it’s potential by utilizing all of its key features. The system will be used for accounting and budgeting of labor, parts, products, and payroll. It will also be used to analysis data from sales, orders, etc. This system will include the CRM aspect and this feature will be used for human resources and customer relations. Operations will be used to keep track of suppliers and project management.

Disadvantages of Using Microsoft Dynamics ERP ERPs square measure usually seen as too rigid and too troublesome to adapt to the precise advancement and business method of some companies. Mud Dawgz will use the Sales Revenue Model when selling Bikes and parts to customers, through our storefront and website. Free/Freemium Revenue Model. Firms offer basic services or content for free, while charging a premium for advanced feature. Mud Dawgz will provide basic services such as oil changes or changing tires for free, while more advanced services such as installing new engines, transmissions, etc, we will charge a premium.

Web 2.0 Technologies OGG Chat OGG Chat is an innovative communication application that allows businesses to chat with customers in real time. OGG Chat easily syncs with Gmail, GoogleTalk, Smartphones making administrating OGG available at any time in any place. Mud Dawgz will use this technology in order to satisfy customers and offer one on one customer service. Customers can now talk to a Mud Dawgz representative online in regards to maintenance concerns, product information, shipping and payment, etc.

Mud Dawgz can use Netlog to create its own blog to keep customers update on new proucts and service. We can also use it to expand our customer base by searching for potential customers who have not yet heard of our products.
