QR Codes encapsulates texts and URLs inside them that could be read with a camera mobile, thus it can be used in many practical applications that can have a profound impact in our lives

What the Project is NOT going to address  Bike Theft : Responsible use of technology.  GPS on every bike or an electronic lock with RSA encryption could be areas of improvement/future work.
