Difference Between New Media and Social Media  New Media: When companies and businesses are able to use forms of social media to receive free advertising, create a brand and market accordingly.  Social Media: When individuals gather on the internet to socialize via social websites.

Twitter Objective  Used for real time updates  Straight forward information  Engage followers

How To use  Create a proper Bio  Upload photos  Write tweets that can create conversation with your followers  Remember to #hashtag
