Problem of Sin Another solution Can’t cover them up Only remedy is forgiveness

God’s Traits Omnipotent All power and ability (Jeremiah 32:17, 18) Can do the impossible (Mark 10:27)

God’s Traits Omniscient All wise (Romans 11:33-36) Cannot be outwitted (Hebrews 4:13) Equaled by no man (Isaiah 55:6-11; Jeremiah 10:23)

God’s Traits Omnipresent Always in His presence No escape (Psalms 139:1-10)

Attempts Adam and Eve (Genesis 3) Hid among the trees (v. 8) Aware of their sin (v. 11) Punished and cast out (vv , 22-24; 1 Timothy 2:12-15)

Attempts Cain (Genesis 4) Killed Abel (vv. 1-8) Lied when questioned (vv. 9, 10) Punished (vv )
