Programs: Tween Tested… Budget Approved Sister City Exchange Program - Escondido, CA and Maebaru, Japan - Established in 1996 between Escondido’s three Middle Schools and Maebaru’s three Junior High Schools. - Virtual pen pals, Facebook friends, online book club members
