Systems Being Used System One: W2003-GW8 – eDirectory 8.8 and GW8 installed on Window Server The eDirectory tree is called W2003-GW8-Tree. Administrator login is admin.users.omni. Riva Managed Identity Integration, ConsoleOne and GroupWise are installed. The desktop background colour is set to white.

Systems Being Used System Two: W2003-EX03 – Active Directory on a Windows Server 2003 running as Domain Controller of DEV03-EX03.local AD domain Logon as administrator. The desktop background colour is set to green.

Active Directory Structure Active Directory Structure: ASD-Archive ASD Executives New York Toronto ASD OU is defined as “in-scope” for synchronisation Two users in each OU. Two distribution groups in the OUs under ASD.

eDirectory Structure eDirectory Structure: ASD-Archive ASD Executives New York Toronto ASD OU is defined as “in-scope” for synchronisation The ASD-Archive OU has one user in it. That user will be moved to demonstrate how Riva links existing users. Everything else is empty.
