Anorexia is an eating disorder in which an irrational fear of weight gain leads people to starve them self’s.

- Excessive weight loss, thinning hair, dry skin, Cold/swollen hands and feet, low blood pressure, and fatigue. - If you see these conditions you should tell someone right away before they become life threatening. -Genetics and other biological factors may play a role in the development of this particular disorder.

Short Term medicine prescribed by a doctor eating regularly, with added vitamin supplements family and friend support and warm, caring environment. Long Term medicine prescribed by a doctor getting your doctor to put you on a meal plan to carefully follow family therapy for worse cases, an eating disorder hospital for all day support and professional care may be necessary

getting on a planned, balanced diet is key OCD, anxiety, or depression medication is often prescribed by a doctor; as those conditions are sometimes associated with anorexia support and encouragement from family and friends exercise should be limited therapy, to help them express through words instead of over-exercising or not eating if the whole family is effected, family therapy can help if their condition is serious, an eating disorder hospital to get professional, personalized help
