What is a Rocket Wellness Smart Choice? A food item or beverage which meets 3 of the criteria below: ≤ 4 g of Saturated Fat per entrée, OR ≤ 2 g Saturated Fat per side or snack ≤ 600 mg of Salt per entree, ≤ 300 mg per side OR ≤ 150mg per snack Whole grain 1 st or 2 nd ingredient on ingredient list ≤ 550 calories per entrée, OR ≤ 150 calories per snack No sugar added containing ingredients on beverages, desserts, yogurt, dairy or fruit items 21g or less of sugar per 8 oz. of a beverage, OR 100% fruit juice beverage
