Action Plan, Tier II & Smart Goals Preparing Students to Compete in a Global Society We follow the district template and focus on the three core areas of reading, writing and mathematics. Our documents are complete with detailed descriptions for supporting academic achievement. Burr teaching teams utilize a 90/80/90 model which focuses on 90% proficiency in reading, 80% proficiency in writing and 90% proficiency in mathematics for the school year.
