Behavior Management Plan Students will earn Gold Tags for good behavior, great choices, a positive attitude, kind words, participation, etc. to be used towards Fun Friday centers each week. The student with the most gold tags chooses their center first, followed by the next student, and so on. Students learn very quickly that earning gold tags has it rewards. Students are motivated to earn as many as they can. Students strive to earn more than they did the previous week. Parents often ask how many gold tags their child should be earning daily/weekly. The number is actually not that important. I believe in always looking for the positive and I love to send home positive notes when I can. On Friday, each child writes the number of gold tags they received on a “certificate”. This includes a brief checklist of how they did that week. This goes home each Monday in their communication folder.
