ONLINE CARE ANYWHERE ADDING DEPENDENTS TO YOUR ACCOUNT NOTE: Anyone over the age of 18 requires their own Online Care Anywhere account
Click on My Account
Click on Edit Profile
In the Dependents section, click on Add
Enter the required data and click Add
Continue to add dependents until all are listed Enter your initials and click Save SE
Upon future logins you will be asked to select who the patient will be
ONLINE CARE ANYWHERE ENTERING YOUR HEALTH HISTORY NOTE: We recommend doing this both in your account and within your dependent accounts
Select My Health Record under My Health
Select Add in the category that you wish to add details NOTE: Medications and Allergies are the two most important fields to prevent receiving an Rx that interacts badly with your meds or allergies
Select the Medication Type
Enter the first few letters of the item being searched for and click Search
Highlight the appropriate medication, indicate if it is currently being used and click Add NOTE: This information is never shared with your employer
Once all medications are added, click Done and repeat these step in the other relevant categories NOTE: It is advised that you complete a Health History for each of your dependent accounts
Log Out Log back in and select a dependent account to add your children’s health history
ONLINE CARE ANYWHERE HAVING A VISIT
NOTE: If a provider is Seeing a Patient versus Available Now, you will experience a longer wait time From your Home page, determine which provider you would like to speak to and click Connect
Adding a pharmacy is key to a successful Rx transaction, please do not skip this optional step Complete the provider’s pre-visit questions. This will equip them to make the best use of your time
Click on Enter Coupon Code
Enter Coupon Code XXXXXXX and click Apply COUPON
Determine if you want to share your Health Summary with your provider (recommended) Certify your location Enter your initials and click Connect COUPON
You will enter the provider waiting room while the doctor reviews your answers and Health Summary
Enable your web-cam by clicking Allow NOTE: You WILL NOT be recorded NOTE: You do not need a web-cam. Subsequent slides will identify using the phone and chat options 10:00 Conversation duration is 10 minutes (Doctor can extend 3 – 5 minutes)
ADDING THE PHONE OPTION If you do not have a web-cam or otherwise wish to enable the phone, alert the doctor to this by sending a chat message Click on the Enable Phone button
ADDING THE PHONE OPTION Enter the number for the phone you will be using and click Save
ADDING THE PHONE OPTION Once the Provider is available click Call Now Your phone will ring and you will be asked to enter you Phone Pin, then you will be connected to the doctor
When you are ready to end the visit with the doctor, click End Conversation
Click End Conversation to confirm that you are done
Rate your experience and click End Conversation
Click on My History under My Health if you wish to see a detailed report of your Online Care Anywhere visit
The report will show you things like the doctor’s notes, what you were prescribed, how you were diagnosed and more…
