If it doesn’t have page numbers, use paragraphs eg. (Smith, 2009, para. 4) What if there are heaps of paragraphs and I can’t count that high? If the webpage is very long but has sections, cite the section heading and the number of the paragraph you used: eg. (Cadbury, 2010, London Chocolate Houses section, para. 3)

Website (p. 32): Author’s surname, Author’s first initial OR Company/Organisation that owns website. (Year that website was last updated). Title of webpage in italics. Date that you retrieved information from website, website name (if different from author), then state full address of website
