Yemen government need to take lead in supporting farmers, hand workers, and hand crafts by marketing their products' in interior and external markets Create unique strategy or finding marketing companies to purchase local products for cunning or package it in organized before selling them in the international markets. Yemen government need to supports with incentives and tax exemptions (G overnment Proposals (Yemen joining WTO

Banks proposals There should be cooperation between Government, Banks and SME Diversification with investment & services support Banks concept as investors and not creditor need to take lead in supporting agribusiness and to finance small farmers Spreads funding in all the regions Banks concept partnership (PLS) need to nurturing creative entrepreneurs programs Both of us succeed (Win & Win) and so banks should offer different kind of support not limited to funds only

The main limitations -Absence of creditors strategies -High borrowing charges - Limited credit methods in very specific region -Absence of Legal and regulatory guidelines -Lack of Administrations, innovations, awareness, developing entrepreneurs services, information's and quality management -Absence of marketing strategies for fisheries agricultural and local products Limitations

We can conclude from this that the tradition methods is not appropriate the game method should and change as : Beyond fund there should supplying tools and as Assets, technical support The support could advisory in nature such accounting marketing studies Raising farmers and hand makers creditors ability Government and Banks should spreads funding in all the regions and not only in big cities Diversifications in funding types Yemen government should Improve infrastructure services that can help investment in the country Conclusion
