~RESEARCH~ I looked at the design concept of the first mouse made. Looking at that compared to a computer mouse today I came up with my design to be more comfortable and modern.

Ideation Drawing Phase

Creating the Ideations After researching another mouse and how it is developed to function, I sketched a few quick ideas of different styles of computer mouses.

I chose 2 of my ideations… After that, I drew in more details. I also added different views and perspectives so the viewer can understand exactly how my idea looks to me.

Using Rhino

The Rhino Program I used different perspective boxes to create my mouse. This process of creating a 3-dimensional mouse on a computer program was difficult for me. But after much trial and error, the mouse started to come to “life”. I created the ball of the mouse first, then the body, cap, and buttons to complete my mouse.
