ERASSHOP.COM ONLINE SHOES STORE

BUSINESS PLAN WORK FOR YOURSELF – ERASMUS+ PROJECT

THE MOTIVATION OF THE BUSINESS ERASsHOP.COM is our online shop for shoes and other similar products. We wanted to start this business because we belive that such a store is needed in the present market and the shoppers will love to buy their favorite products online, because they can order from the comfort of their homes.

PRESENTATION OF THE BUSINESS Our business is promoted and realised entirely on the internet. The clients will buy our products because of their quality, good online service and imediatly transport to the clients home or office. For the begining, the store will be able to deliver products in Romania, but in the near future we will be able to deliver in the entire European Union. The company will create the shoes in our factory and we will be able to make shoes on demand.

THE MARKET AND PRODUCTS The shoes that we sell in our store are final products and are destinated to women of any age or sex. The online shoes market is on the rise and the share value of the online selling has incrased by 15% in the last year, but the market is still virgin and has enough space for new business. We expect to have about 10% of the market in 24 months. In order to maintain and expand our market share we will preserve the quality of our products, a good service and selling experience, quickness of our delivery and a good and affordable prices.

PRICE STRATEGY The products prices are set considering the costs of production, promotion and administrative, enabling a range of 5 to 15% profit annually. The product range will be diverse enough to meet the needs of large swathes of customers, from individuals with incomes below-average and up to rich individuals. In order to retain our customer base and to increase the number of sales, we will offer regular discounts, promotions and gifts for specific products or loyal shoppers. We intend to introduce a points-based loyalty cards.

MARKETING AND PROMOTION At the launch of the store we will have promotion campaigns through social media, online advertising, billboards and advertisements in magazines profile. We will also have contests for smole gifts and discounts. Our social-media activity will provide with permanent contact with the custumers.

FINANCE, BUDGET & EMPLOYESS For the shop we will need the followings: € for the website, host, domain; € for marketing and promotion; €/month for renting a storehouse; €/month for wages; € for materials for production; Total expenses for the first six months: € and we expect revenues of about € for the same period. The company will employ 7 persons: 3 for IT, 2 for marketing and design and 2 for the storehouse;
