To provide an update on the work and new structure of the Governing Body To present the results of the questionnaire

Pupil Support Finance and Resources Standards As well as whole Governing Body meetings a minimum of twice each term we have established three Sub Committees

Pupil Support Safeguarding Ethos Pastoral Care Attendance/ Punctuality Personal Development and well-being (staff and pupils )

Safeguarding training for all staff Appointment of Safeguarding leads from Staff and Governors Updating of Policies relating to Safeguarding, attendance and ethos Appointment of SENCo Training for SENCo CPD for staff and Senior management Review of whole school values

Finance and Resources Financial management including setting the budget Building projects Staffing/ CPD Health and Safety Computing

 Installing a new boiler for no. 93  Repair of balcony flooring  Cleaning of gutters.  Replacing slates following winter storms.  Electrical inspection with recommendations implemented.  Assessment of ICT provision throughout the school with cabling installed to network all classes.  Inspection and re-siting of telephone lines.  Secretary’s office – established and refurbished  Former shower room refurbished to provide an office for the SENCo  Deputy’s office in former costume storeroom  Repair of dormer window to attic in 93 Belle Vue Road  Reorganisation of attic for computer suite  Installation of commercial kitchen facilities to enable delivery of school meals  New desks and chairs for Year 2  Cupboards and drawers in various locations  Replacement of Art room window  Replacement of loose render to outside of 91 Belle Vue Road  Installation of new Fire Alarm System  Waste removal facility provided  Reconfiguration of storage space off the hall area  Addressing issues with damp in 91 Belle Vue Road including the use of a dehumidifier.

We received 13 responses relating to children with special educational needs.

A total of 89 replies out of a total of 117 were received which means that 76% of children were represented in this questionnaire.
