Mental Health Wellness Lesson 2 Essential Skill: Make decisions after reflection and review

Health Triangle Activity Begin by reading “Your Health Triangle Activity Worksheet.” Add up your yes answers for each section (physical, mental, and social). For each yes cut out a block for that dimension. Once you have cut out all of your strips, form a triangle and tape it to the back of the “total health worksheet.” Do not forget to answer the questions on the bottom of the total health worksheet.

Think, Pair, Share Pair up with the person next to you and explain the definition of total health. Why a triangle? Share 1 thing you’re good at and 1 thing to improve on. What was today’s thinking skill?

Closure Underneath the triangle you created write a short summary (4 sentences) of what you believe you can improve on when it comes to your health.
