Transition from entry to reporting u We will build additional applications and connections that draw upon CV data eg, Find-a-Researcher Link to department web pages u We will continue to train the staff on areas of concern and new features Monthly “CV Users Group Meetings” Monthly group training sessions u We will build additional CV formats CON Graduate Program Review, COH Annual Report, Pharm/Tox, and VAMC “Build Your Own Format”

(continued) u We will continue to ask departments and faculty to keep in mind that this is a work in progress Upcoming areas of focus –Peer reviewed vs. non-peer reviewed publications –Education –Funding u We will encourage the departments and faculty to keep the CV’s current and be involved (quarterly reminders) Momentum builds as awareness increases Responsibility becomes easier when departments and faculty can see it in their own context u We will create working groups of faculty and staff to guide report design and help determine priorities u We plan to design and build an ad hoc reporting tool To “mix ‘n match” and “slice ‘n dice” the data Making data available to departments and colleges for analysis purposes
