 What are three things that students could have done differently to leave their kitchens cleaner when they left their labs last week?

Orange juice and milk are often fortified with Vitamin D. 8. Water-soluble vitamins are stored in the liver and do not need to be eaten daily. 9. Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) is easily destroyed by light. 10. Deficiencies of Vitamins E and K are rare in the United States.

 A vitamin is a chemical substance that our bodies need (usually in small amounts) to help us grow and be healthy.  Our bodies do not make vitamins. The absence of vitamins can lead to deficiency diseases. Many people take vitamin supplements on a daily basis.
