What is Hill Street Station?  Joint effort of The Cornerstone Project (Town Square) and Downtown Green Lake Renewal Project  Focus is to create a MAJOR economic boost to the City and County  Involves the redeployment and repurposing of the former County Safety Building into Class A office space for up to 120 employees in 2 or more businesses
